Producer
You partner with the developers shaping the world's most ambitious projects — connecting their senior teams to our production studio, brief to launch.
The role
VV's pipeline relies on a producer layer that shields artists from client revisions, contract chatter, and timeline politics. The Project Delivery Manager owns one or two named accounts at a time, from brief intake through final delivery. You translate developer-side asks into shot-level direction the art lead and artists can act on, and you defend the schedule when scope drifts. This is a producer role, not a Jira-ticket role. Mid-to-senior — 4+ years owning client delivery on creative projects. Working English required; agency, production, or studio-side experience.
